Wow, we can't believe how far we are into the year! High holy days are upon us and fall is just around the corner. This month's TBA Teenfeed dinner will be hosted on October 1st, 2020, the night before Sukkot begins. This is a holiday and season we are specifically called to share with those who are in need of food and shelter.
We can all agree that 2020 has been a year like no other many of us have seen. Linda and I want to thank each of you for continued giving over the years and especially this year while our society has faced unusual adversity. For our Teenfeed team that has meant addressing barriers to meal service during the COVID-19 pandemic which we have accomplished with your flexibility and generosity.
Please take this opportunity to remember our mission and the youth in our community that need our help. Donating food or funds enables us to continue our monthly mitzvah of sharing a meal with teens and young adults who may otherwise go without.
Thank you for all who contributed to September's Stir Fry dinner. Our diners were excited for the change in flavor!
